We offer loaner equipment while your equipment is being serviced, for an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.

Ultrasound Machine Customers:

All Portable Mindray ultrasound machines, purchased from National Veterinary or National Ultrasound, Inc., include our Overnight Loaner Program. You will receive a loaner unit if your Mindray portable system has to be sent in for repair during the warranty period. 24 hour overnight loaner program for service issue during your warranty period. We will overnight ship a portable ultrasound machine of like kind to your facility (Overnight shipping is only available during business hours Mon-Thurs 8am-3pm EST. Weekend delivery subject to additional fees.)
